Bridget Plantagenet
Bridget of York was the 10th child and youngest daughter of Edward IV and Elizabeth Woodville, and was born on this day, November 10th, in 1480. Her parents decided she would be dedicated to a religious life, and this painting depicts the moment, sometime between1486 and 1492, that she was entrusted to the Dartford Priory in Kent.
