My exposure "Quantum operator", in Owlstand, London, curated by Melody Grossman

Margarita García Alonso works with 'quantum visions', with a powerful poetic effect. This exhibition explores some of her recent collage series including "CollectionWoman at the Edge of exile", "Learning", "Astral noise / silence" and "Happiness & Wasabi".
The artist focuses on unorthodox and controversial creatures and topics, and has made the cover of numerous art and literature magazines. She also designed the book collection "Today I have not seen paradise", and has published 12 books during her career as an artist. Her poetry is extremely evocative and explores the devilish force between literature and strong graphic visions. A self-proclaimed 'Renaissance Woman', 'Quantum Woman', and cerebral artist whose mission is to communicate directly to the human mind, Margarita uses her aesthetic to decipher symbolic codes which populate her figuative works, and opens up a shrewd questioning of reality through contradictory hypothetical situations.
Margarita García Alonso is a Cuban poet and visual artist based in France, with a BA in journalism from the University of Havana, Cuba. Her work is considered part of the heritage of contemporary art in Normandy. Her work is featured in the Collection: "Spotlight on France" by the Saatchi Gallery, curated by Rebecca Wilson.
